Cline on the Constitution

Cline on the Constitution is a collection of essays on the United States Constitution. The essays are written for citizens and students interested in their Constitution. My goal is to make the Constitution available and accessible to the men and women of this great nation who I believe have the intelligence and savvy to understand how their Constitution should work. While the essays are accurate, current and well researched, they are not intended nor written for lawyers. Case citations, Legislative Histories, Law Reviews articles, the stuff of a lawyer’s research, are plentiful and available elsewhere. My belief is that the Constitution is in place to serve the People of the United States. These writings are for them.
